Our Team
Our head mechanic holds Cytech Technical Two certification and has recently passed his Cytech E-Bike course.
Both our head mechanic and sales manager bring personal insight from their experiences within the criminal justice system, ensuring a unique perspective on transformation and second chances. The dedicated team of staff and volunteers work together to provide knowledgeable, friendly service to every customer.

Located in the publicly accessible grounds on the perimeter of HMP Northumberland, our shop is easy to find:
- As you are driving into the prison we are the last building on the left
- Look for the large Changing the Cycle banner
- Park in the visitor car park on your left and walk around to the shop we are located in the courtyard
